Harvest Festival

Thanks to everyone who worked so diligently to make our Harvest Festival for 2009 a wonderful success this year.  To those who participated and supported our church, thanks so very much for your contributions.  To our Lord and Savior, Praise His Name!  To God Be The Glory!

Yard Sale----"Good Used" or "New" furniture, children's clothing and shoes, miscellaneous items.   Please limit adult clothing.  Please do not bring "junk."  Location:  Bring to Boy Scout storage Van.  Bring perishable items early Saturday the 12th. Mature Young Adult Class and Bonnie K.
Each Church Family---Bring: 1 gal. tea (label unsweet/decaf, etc.), 2 gal. potato salad, 2 individually sliced and wrapped cakes, and one or two specialty gifts (homemade or purchased).  These items need to be at the church no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the bazaar.  Please mark price on sale items and also indicate if they are for general sale or for the auction. Each family is asked to bring ONE quality item for the auction.  Everyone is asked to help cleanup during/after the festival.
Collection Dates: Non-Perishables:  Friday before the Bazaar
    10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  or 6-9 p.m.

Perishables:   Saturday morning by 9 a.m. on the day of the Bazaar (early if possible)

Yard Sale Items:  Take to truck trailer--need as soon as possible.  Open for business on Friday evening.
